Labels mostly clear but some training phrases were confusing
You did a good job with the training onboarding materials overall. The flow was structured so I could follow along step by step, and the explanations made sense in most parts. However, I found some of the wording in the labels a bit ambiguous, especially when it came to defining workflow triggers. This caused me to pause and wonder if I understood it right before proceeding. While the video tutorials were helpful, a few terms could have been simplified for easier grasp during the live demo sections. Still, once I got past those moments, navigating the software became smoother. I suggest reviewing the phrasing where there are multiple similar options to reduce confusion for first-time users like me. Thanks for your responsiveness when I reached out for clarifications — that helped a lot in ironing out rough spots in the onboarding.
