Labels mostly clear but some confused my expectations
When I started looking through your software and accompanying materials, I was hoping for clear labels and instructions to make the learning process smooth. To be honest, much of the wording was straightforward and helped me understand what each feature was about early on. However, some phrases did feel a bit ambiguous or overlapped in meaning, especially in the sales pages and during sign-up steps. For example, certain terms related to the call management features didn’t match how they were labeled inside the dashboard. This gap added a bit of friction when I tried to find some tools during setup. On the plus side, once I got into training, the terms became easier to follow. Also, the invoicing and payment labels were quite transparent, which was reassuring. In general, the expectations you set mostly aligned with what I encountered in the software, but I wish a few labels had been simplified or better differentiated. Still, the clarity improved after a few days of use, which made me more comfortable proceeding with the platform.
