Labels mostly clear, but one phrase really puzzled me

When I first looked through the software for managing calls and the database, the wording on most buttons and tabs made good sense to me, fitting the tasks I expected to do. The onboarding flow introduced me well to the calling tools and the dialer, which helped ease into the system. But at one point, the label for the database feature seemed ambiguous; it wasn’t obvious whether it referred simply to storing contacts or something more complex. This slowed down my workflow as I had to double-check the manual and even call support to clarify. Speaking of which, telephonic support was friendly and patient, although it took longer than I hoped to get confirmation on that point. Automatic updates arrived transparently while I was using the software daily, which was reassuring since there was no downtime. The sign-up process itself was straightforward, and invoicing arrived promptly after payment, though I noticed the payment confirmation email was a bit terse. Overall, I found the system usable but with moments that require attention if you want to avoid disruption during setup or training. The calling tools and dialer worked well during my testing week, delivering the expected functions, but the unclear label around the database sometimes made navigation confusing. It felt like a minor but noticeable detail that stood out enough to affect my initial impressions, though I can see how others with more experience might find it more intuitive.
