Labels made the whole setup feel a bit hit-or-miss
When I first started with the software, the wording on some buttons really threw me off. It wasn’t immediately obvious what certain options did, especially during the sales and pre-purchase phase. For example, one label said "Activate Features" But I wasn’t sure if that meant enabling trial or buying. On the other hand, the onboarding flow explained the process quite well, giving me a pretty clear path overall. I especially appreciated the step that introduced the database feature although the labels inside it were sometimes inconsistent. Also, the call dialer was easy enough to understand — the functionality was straightforward but the labels could have been clearer to indicate when a call was logged or connected. The sign-up steps were smooth and the billing section had clearer labels than other parts of software. My reservation lies mainly with the inconsistent terminology which made me pause a few times, wondering if I was clicking the right option. Overall, the system worked fine, but the user interface could benefit from simplifying or standardizing its wording. That would make the learning curve less steep and reduce any initial confusion for newcomers who just want to get started quickly.
