Labels made some sense, but support left me confused

When I first started using the WFHI software, I expected the labels and wording throughout the interface to be straightforward, but honestly, some of them felt unclear and inconsistent. While they did manage to keep basic navigation relatively simple, I often found myself second-guessing terms or buttons because they didn’t match typical workflow language. This inconsistency made calling tools setup and the dialer configuration more difficult than I would have liked. On the bright side, telephonic support was polite and patient, though not always able to clarify the terminology or reasoning behind certain labels clearly. The automatic updates occasionally introduced some new labels which weren’t immediately explained well in the onboarding flow or training materials, so it added to the confusion. Signing up and handling invoices worked fine, which was straightforward enough and didn’t create hurdles. Overall, I appreciate the effort but felt the communication around wording could be improved significantly given it's important for smooth daily use.
