Labels made some sense, but not all

I was expecting the sales and pre-purchase information to be straightforward and easy to interpret, but it turned out to be a mixed bag. The labels on the product features were generally clear, which helped me understand what I was getting into. However, some terms were a bit technical without much explanation, which made me pause and double-check details. Comparing this to other services I'd looked at, it was better in some aspects but less user-friendly overall. The marketing materials set a clear expectation about the benefits, but the terminology during the sign-up process threw me off slightly. It would have been easier if the terms were consistent throughout, as I had to revisit some sections multiple times to ensure I knew what I was selecting. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment steps were smooth and transparent. The overall experience left me with a neutral feeling; some things worked as expected, others needed more clarity, and that balance is why I'm rating it three stars.
