Labels made sense throughout onboarding

I found the wording and labels in the WFHI software very straightforward. There was no confusion about what each button or section meant, which made navigating the dashboard quite easy from the start. The labeling around the calling tools was also quite clear; I could tell at a glance where to dial, where to check call logs, and how to access the database. Overall, the terminology felt familiar, avoiding jargon that often complicates things. When I needed help understanding a particular feature, the labels already guided me well enough that I rarely had to contact support. The telephonic support staff also used the same language, which felt consistent and less frustrating. Even the invoices I received followed the same formatting style, making it easy to track charges and payments. I appreciate that the automatic updates didn't change any terms unexpectedly, so I wasn't thrown off by new wording popping up. In short, the whole interface was designed with plain language in a way that really just made sense. That made my workflow smoother because I spent less time figuring out what everything meant.
