Labels made sense once I got a moment of clarity
Reflecting on my time with the WFHI software, there was a particular moment when the labels and wording suddenly clicked for me. Initially, I found some of the descriptions around the dialer and database features a bit confusing during early onboarding, which slowed down my progress. The software has lots of functionalities, and their names didn’t always immediately make sense, especially when I first tried navigating the automatic updates or payment sections. But after going through a few weeks of using the calling tools and regularly accessing telephonic support, the terminology started to feel intuitive and natural. The sign-up and invoicing stages also became clearer with time. That turning point was really about persistence rather than instant clarity, but once it happened, all the components fit neatly together. Now, the communication flows feel smoother, and I appreciate how the wording supports productive use of the platform, even if it took some time to reach that understanding.
