Labels made sense from the start and stayed consistent through use
Reflecting on my use of WFHI’s support and communication over time, the clarity of wording and labels stood out positively. At the beginning, the terminology was straightforward, and that consistency never diminished as I continued to engage with the software and training materials. Having clear labels on the calling tools, dialer, and database features meant I didn’t feel confused retracing steps or figuring out where certain functions were. When new automatic updates rolled out, the explanations remained transparent and easy to follow. Though some parts could have benefitted from even simpler language, overall they managed to keep communication clear enough to avoid misunderstandings. This helped me stay productive and confident, knowing that the labels aligned well with the actual features. The outcome has been that I could focus more on working remotely instead of puzzling over unclear terms or interface changes, which is the most important thing.
