Labels made sense for most, but not for those new to remote workflows
The explanatory labels and wording in the WFHI software mostly made sense, making the setup process easier after signing up. I found the dialer feature’s interface quite intuitive, and the database tagging worked well with my workflow. However, some terms used in the invoicing section felt a little technical—maybe not the clearest for someone who’s entirely new to remote work software. Still, for anyone with a bit of experience, this system feels fine overall. It probably wouldn’t suit users looking for very simple language and minimal jargon, but those accustomed to similar tools will get along just fine. Repeated automatic updates helped keep everything current, which also helped clear up some confusions I had initially.
