Labels made sense but some wording was tricky

The sales process was fairly straightforward, and the product descriptions mostly made sense. I appreciated that the labels for features like the dialer and database clearly indicated their purpose, helping me decide if it fit my workflow. However, a few sections of the onboarding documents used jargon that wasn't immediately clear, which meant I had to reread or seek help through support calls. The training compensated somewhat by clarifying these points, but I think simpler wording upfront could benefit future users. Billing information during purchase was transparent, which I value highly. The sign-up process itself was quick, with invoicing sent promptly after. I found the telephonic support helpful to clear up small confusions regarding the calling tools. Overall, the mix of good labeling and occasional complex wording created a bit of a speed bump, but nothing that deterred me from continuing. I’d say things went well enough to recommend it if you’re comfortable asking questions when needed.
