Hey, just wanted to share how the WFHI onboarding went for me. So, the training materials had a lot of useful content, and the database feature was actually pretty intuitive once I got the hang of it. The calling tools and dialer setup were fine too, nothing too complex there. But honestly, some of the wording and labels threw me off a bit at first. Like, they used terms that didn’t quite match the usual remote work or CRM lingo I’m used to, so it felt a bit inconsistent. I had to double-check a few things to make sure I was in the right place or button. It wasn’t a big deal because I could figure it out after messing around a little, but it did interrupt my flow sometimes. On the bright side, the telephonic support and priority assistance were helpful when I asked for clarifications. Overall, the wording was a mixed bag – it mostly made sense but could definitely be clearer to avoid initial confusion. I’d say the onboarding is decent but could use some polish in how things are explained to a new user.
