labels made sense but some were confusing

I was starting up with the software and I noticed that some of the labels and wording made sense right away, which was helpful in going through the sign-up and invoicing screens without much trouble. But then there were places where the words felt a bit off or too technical, and I had to guess what some options meant, which slowed me down sometimes. For example, the dialer feature had some terms that didn't match what I'd expect from other tools. The onboarding flow was okay, but the mixed clarity meant I had to pause and reread a few times to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. That said, the automatic updates seemed to patch some of the confusing labels as time went on, so it did get slightly better during the first week. Calling the telephonic support helped clear up some labeling questions, though their response times varied. Overall, the wording was somewhat hit and miss, with a few bright spots but also places that could use more clarity and consistency in their labels. It's good enough to get started but could be smoother. I'm hoping future updates might fix the rougher bits because I do see potential in how it’s structured when the words click properly.
