Labels made sense, but not always as clear as expected
My initial assumption was that WFHI's telephonic support would have very straightforward and user-friendly terminology, and in many ways it did. The labels on the software interface and explanations provided by support were mostly clear and easy to understand, which helped me get started without feeling overwhelmed. However, sometimes the wording around certain features, like the database filtering options or the dialer settings, seemed to involve jargon that wasn't immediately intuitive. Support staff usually helped clarify these terms during calls, which made the process less frustrating than it could have been. So while I expected simple, plain-language explanations across the board, I found that a little patience and assistance was needed at times before everything fully clicked. That said, the combination of mostly clear labels along with responsive and knowledgeable support meant I could still use the software confidently every day. Overall, the balance between what I expected and what I actually got was positive enough that I’d be comfortable recommending WFHI to others.
