Labels made sense but missed some clearer explanation
When I first evaluated WFHI’s product, I expected the software to have very straightforward labeling and clear terminology. The actual software did meet these expectations in most areas; the labels on the menus and buttons were generally descriptive and easy to follow. However, compared to what I anticipated, I found that some parts lacked the more detailed descriptions or tooltips that I usually look for in such software interfaces. I was hoping there would be a bit more guidance within the software itself to explain the purpose of certain features or the impact of some settings. While the minimal labels did make the overall screen less cluttered, it also meant I had to spend extra time trying to understand some functionality without direct hints or explanations. This contrast between what I thought would be more hand-holding and how lean the text was stood out to me. Overall, the wording wasn’t bad and did make sense, but a touch more detailed explanation or contextual help would have made the initial experience less reliant on external materials. I think adding that would improve clarity for new users.
