Labels made me pause, but info was clear in the end
At first, I was a bit thrown off by some of the wording in the sales materials and labels on the billing and invoicing pages. Certain terms didn’t match what I was used to, so I had to reread the explanations a few times to be sure I understood. It wasn’t entirely clear whether certain services were included or optional, which left me guessing for a short period. On the other hand, the actual software setup process after purchase was pretty straightforward, and the training videos helped clarify what each feature did. The calling tools functioned well but took some getting used to since the labels weren’t always the ones I expected from similar software. Support was patient over the phone, answering questions with clear explanations when I asked about the database features and updates. I wasn’t totally happy with the initial communication around invoices, which seemed a bit ambiguous, but overall the experience was okay once I acclimated. I guess I just hadn’t anticipated the difference in terminology and labeling, which took some adjusting. The sign-up system itself was fine once I got past those initial moments of uncertainty.
