Labels made dialing features simple but sign-up wording confused me
Reflecting on my experience, I found the WFHI software’s dialer and calling tools to be quite intuitive and well-labelled, which was a relief since that part of the workflow is critical. The buttons and steps in the dialing interface made it easy to operate the calling process during the workweek once I got comfortable. However, the wording around parts of the sign-up and initial purchase confused me more than I expected. Some labels and terms seemed vague or overlapped, making it hard to understand what exactly each plan or add-on included before I committed. Over time, I pieced most of it together, but my initial impression was muddled, and it felt like the sales side could be more straightforward. Training did help clarify things later, but looking back, the pre-purchase explanations could really improve by being more precise and better organized.
