Labels just didn’t make much sense

I found the support and communication to be mostly confusing because of the way things were worded and labeled. It seemed like many of the instructions and menu options were inconsistent or used jargon that didn’t match what I expected. For example, the telephonic support button was labeled with a term that didn’t sound like support at all, which delayed me reaching actual help. On the other hand, when I did get through to support, they were clear and patient once we finally connected. So, I’ll give credit to the staff on the phone as the one part that stood out as decent. But overall, the communication could be much clearer, especially in the software menus and documentation to help avoid confusion. It felt frustrating because simple things ended up taking longer than necessary due to unclear wording and labels.
