Labels issue on dashboard was confusing
I was going through the onboarding training and noticed that the labels used in the navigation menu were really unclear. For example, the term for the calling tool was labeled differently in the tutorial versus the actual software, which made me pause and double-check if I was in the right section. Other than that, the rest of the onboarding steps kind of blurred together, and I can't say I clearly understood some of the terminology. The wording sometimes felt too technical without enough explanation, which made the overall flow frustrating at times. However, I do appreciate that the initial tutorial did briefly mention the database feature, and that part was understandable. Still, overall, the inconsistency in labels slowed down my progress and made me question if I fully grasped the interface before moving on. This part could definitely be improved so newcomers don’t face unnecessary confusion.
