Labels in training material surprisingly clear and precise
During the training and onboarding, I was particularly struck by how well the wording and labels were chosen. Unlike many programs where the terminology can be confusing or inconsistent, the language used in the tutorials and interface made sense right away. Each module had carefully structured explanations, and the labels on buttons and features matched the descriptions, reducing any guesswork. This consistency helped me progress through setup steps smoothly. Although I initially did not expect so much clarity, it made the process efficient and less frustrating. Even complex parts such as managing the dialer and database were broken down comprehensibly, showing that thoughtful consideration had gone into the content. The invoices and payment instructions were also straightforwardly labeled, helping avoid any confusion. In comparison to other remote workflow tools I've encountered, the coherent wording stood out positively and saved me a lot of time. I am confident that others would appreciate this as much as I did because clear terms are essential when onboarding with new software, which can otherwise be overwhelming or perplexing.
