Labels in training could’ve been clearer
While working through the WFHI onboarding and training materials, I noticed that some wording and labels used in the software felt a bit confusing. For example, certain sections in the database feature had titles that didn’t immediately explain their purpose, which slowed down my progress initially. The dialer and calling tool labels were mostly fine, but on a few occasions, I found myself guessing what exactly was expected of me, especially right after signing up. The invoicing and payment steps were clear enough, so I didn’t face any issues there. I also appreciated the general flow of the training videos, but the way some functions were titled or described sometimes made it harder to understand the full workflow. Telephonic support was helpful when I reached out for clarifications, but I think better wording in the software itself could save that step for a lot of users. Overall, the content and training are decent but the terminology and labels need to be more straightforward to avoid confusion during the early days of use.
