Labels for navigation stood out
What immediately caught my attention were the labels on the menu and buttons, which made navigation pretty straightforward. I found it easy to understand the purpose of calling tools and the way database categories were organized. Yet, some terminology in the invoicing section didn’t quite match what I expected, creating a bit of confusion at first. Despite that, the telephonic support was quite helpful in clarifying these points. Overall, the wording mostly made sense and helped me get around the system with some mild enthusiasm. There were moments when the language could have been simpler, but the user experience was generally positive as a result of the clear labeling.
