labels for database were clear but others less so
During onboarding, I clearly remember how straightforward it was to navigate the database feature because the labels and instructions were very intuitive; it made managing contacts and updating info simple. However, when I moved on to setting up the calling dialer, some of the wording felt a bit unclear—terms for call status and queue management seemed vague and I had to spend extra time exploring what each label meant exactly. Telephonic support helped clarify these but I was hoping the interface would be more self-explanatory at that stage. The training covered the software well but the jargon sometimes made me pause without immediate clarity. Payment and invoicing were quick and painless which was a relief compared to the initial label confusion. Overall, the best moment was definitely when the database terms clicked perfectly; if similar clarity was there throughout, the onboarding would have been even better. Still, the software does the job reliably once you get familiar with all the terms and processes involved.
