Labels Finally Made Sense After Reviewing the Dashboard Layout
When I first accessed the WFHI software, some of the wording and labels in the dashboard and calling tools seemed unclear. It took a few days of working through the training and experimenting with the dialer before things started to click. The database feature, in particular, had labels that didn’t immediately match my expectations for organization. However, once I got used to the naming conventions and workflow steps, the software became easier to navigate. The automatic updates also sometimes changed where options appeared, which slowed me down until I relearned them. Overall, the moment the terminology aligned with my routine, the user experience improved significantly.
