Labels confused the onboarding process
I had high hopes about the sales and pre-purchase experience but was let down mainly by the confusing wording and labels throughout the platform. The labels for different features were not intuitive and made it difficult to understand what steps to take next, especially during the initial sign-up and database setup phase. However, I must admit that the invoicing section was clear and straightforward, which was one thing that worked well. The mixed messaging elsewhere made me hesitate at crucial points due to uncertainty about whether I had completed a step correctly. This overall lack of clarity slowed down my onboarding and left me feeling uncertain about using the calling tools efficiently. It seemed like the software expected prior knowledge or assumptions that weren’t clearly stated anywhere. In short, while one aspect—the invoicing—was fine, the confusing labels dominated my experience and made the sales and pre-purchase phase frustrating rather than helpful.
