Labels confused more than helped
The sales and pre-purchase experience started well but was complicated by unclear wording around some product features. When I was reviewing the setup options and payment plans, certain labels like 'priority assistance' sounded promising but were vague in their actual meaning. The step-by-step signup did proceed smoothly though, and invoicing details were delivered clearly enough both via email and on my account page. Training info was provided early, but the way features were described introduced some uncertainty on what exactly was included without hidden fees. In particular, the description of the database integration tool felt ambiguous because the term used didn’t match the field jargon I’m used to, which was frustrating. Support calls were polite but couldn’t fully clarify these points on the spot. Overall, while invoice delivery worked reliably, the confusing terminology made the sales process harder to navigate than necessary. Changing these labels to more standard language that matches user expectations would improve confidence during purchase.
