Labels confused more than clarified

I generally found the training and onboarding to be rather confusing due to unclear wording and inconsistent labels across different modules. The terminology used in the instructional videos and guides did not always match what appeared in the software interface, leading to misinterpretations and delays. It was difficult to discern whether certain fields were mandatory or optional because the labels did not consistently indicate this, which only complicated my progress. One aspect that stood out positively was the initial signup walkthrough, which provided a fairly structured set of steps, even though the language was sometimes too technical. Despite this slight redeeming quality, the majority of the onboarding experience felt cumbersome and could benefit from more intuitive phrasing and standardized terminology. The issues with wording made it far harder to get comfortable with the features in an efficient manner than I had anticipated.
