Labels confused me but support said the dialer was fine

I was pretty hopeful that the support would help me clear up confusion about the software’s labels and wording, but honestly, it felt quite counterintuitive. The database feature had labels that didn’t match what I expected; for example, some options were called by names that I found misleading. This made it difficult to use the calling tools effectively without guessing what each function did, which was frustrating over several days. I reached out to support multiple times to get explanations. While the support team was enthusiastic and polite, their explanations sometimes added to confusion instead of resolving it. On the positive side, the dialer itself behaved reliably during calls and did not drop unexpectedly, which is something I was happy about. The sign-up and payment process was clear, and invoicing was regular, so at least from an administrative point of view, I did not face issues. However, the software experience was marred by unclear wording that slowed down my workflow. This mismatch between the clarity of labels and the reliability of the dialer made the software partly useful but overall frustrating. I had hoped for better clarity so I could get started faster and with more confidence.
