Labels clear overall, but some terms felt a bit technical
Navigating the software interface, I found that most of the labels and instructions were straightforward and well thought out, which made my experience much smoother. The calling tools and database section were logically organized, and the training provided explained many terminologies well. However, a couple of phrases in the billing and payment area struck me as a bit technical, which could confuse users without prior experience. I also felt that some of the software update notifications could use simpler language to help users understand what changes are happening and why. On the positive side, the telephonic support did a great job clarifying these points whenever I reached out, softening the impact of the more complex wording. Overall, while there are a few usability tweaks needed in the naming conventions, the generally clear interface combined with helpful support made using the software quite comfortable.
