Software mein jo wording aur labels use hue hain, wo actually kaafi jagah confused karte hain initially. Some labels like 'connect' ya 'sync' thode vague lage, aur jab database se records access kar raha tha, tab bhi mujhe exact process samajh nahi aaya without extra help. Dusri taraf, calling tools ki interface toh simple tha aur access time pe no problem tha, jo achha tha. Lekin overall mujhe laga ki agar thoda aur clear naming ya better tooltips hote, toh software ko samajhna easy hota and users ko zyada hassle nahi uthani padti.
