Jaise kuch buttons par terms the jo mujhe samajh mein nahi aayi immediately, aur manual bhi thoda technical tha without much simple explanation. On the positive side, training session mein achcha effort tha to make things understandable but still kuch concepts kaafi abstract lage mere liye. Sign-up process simple tha, invoicing bhi clear. Par agar beginner ho without much tech background toh shayad ye thoda challenging lage. Mere hisaab se agar language aur instructions thoda aur user-friendly ho jati, toh bohot fayda hota. Lekin overall, I could manage and use the calling tools and dialer effectively after some experimentation. So, while labels aur wording mein improvement ho sakti thi, main overall positive feel karta hoon but ek choti si kami zaroor thi jo bear karni padhi.
