Labels clarified but not for everyone

The training and onboarding made a decent effort to explain the software workflows, though I found some of the terminology a bit inconsistent. Certain labels and menu titles were clear, such as the ones related to the database and dialer features, which helped me understand their purpose quickly. However, other parts of the interface used words that seemed somewhat vague or technical, which might confuse less experienced users. This could be challenging for those who prefer very straightforward or simplified language during onboarding. The training videos tried to address this by breaking down processes gradually, but I think a glossary or more consistent wording would improve clarity. Overall, I believe this format suits users who are comfortable with moderate technical language and willing to engage hands-on, but it may not appeal as much to beginners who need more explicit step-by-step explanations. The balance between detail and accessibility felt reasonable, though I expect some might struggle with certain terms and need extra help to fully grasp all components.
