Labels aur wording ne surprise kiya mujhe
From the start, I found the training and onboarding process to be quite frustrating. The software's interface had a lot of labels and options that were unclear or used confusing terminology, which caused errors in setting up my remote workflows. Main soch rahi thi ki ek simple onboarding hogi but jo steps diye gaye they, unka matlab samajhna mushkil tha. Training videos mein bhi, kuch terms ko explain karna chahiye tha in simple words. A small reservation is that the telephonic support team tried to help, but since the labels themselves were confusing, it was hard to explain my issues properly. Mujhe laga ki agar wording thodi zyada user-friendly hoti toh main jaldi ready ho sakti thi. The overall experience left me disappointed, and the frustration with confusing wording was quite unexpected.
