Labels and wording worked well
The training and onboarding were structured clearly, and the labels in the software made sense throughout the process. From the very first step, each button and instruction was labeled in a way that I could immediately understand the purpose without ambiguity. This clarity reduced confusion during the onboarding. The sequence of steps aligned logically, so I could easily follow without needing additional explanations or guessing. Every label used was concise and matched the function it represented. When it came to dialer settings or the database interface, the terminology made sense and felt consistent with the rest. This also helped when revisiting the training videos later as I could match the vocabulary to what I was seeing on-screen. So overall, the wording and labeling made navigating the training and getting comfortable with the software straightforward and efficient. There was no moment where I felt lost or had to backtrack due to unclear phrasing.
