Initially, I was surprised by some of the wording used in the sales and pre-purchase sections. The labels for different software plans and the way database features were described didn’t exactly match my prior assumptions. For instance, some terms felt technical and made it a bit harder to quickly grasp what each option included without extra reading. That said, once I started the onboarding and training, the practical application cleared up most of that confusion. The invoicing page used straightforward language, which made payment steps clear. However, I did find that some features within the calling tools had labels that left me guessing for a bit about their role before I experimented. The onboarding flow moved logically despite this, and the support team filled gaps when I asked. So the wording wasn’t perfect but it was good enough to get things done without major frustration. It surprised me a little that more user-friendly terms weren’t used since the training is aimed at broad groups. Overall, the language did the job but with room for simplification.
