I had expected the training and onboarding materials to use very straightforward, familiar terms esp

I had expected the training and onboarding materials to use very straightforward, familiar terms especially when it came to explaining the database feature and the dialer tool. However, some of the wording felt more technical or loosely defined than I anticipated. For example, the labels on calls and data entries didn’t always match what I was used to from other platforms, which confused me initially. That was surprising because I thought the aim was to make everything clear and easy to follow for remote workflows. On the plus side, the step-by-step training did cover the order of operations logically, and telephonic support helped clarify these labels after I asked. I also found the automatic updates and invoicing process handled quite seamlessly, which eased my overall experience despite the initial terminology challenge. I’m somewhat torn because while the content isn’t bad, some wording choices didn’t align with my expectations for simplicity and clarity.
