Labels and wording weren’t clear at all — surprising

I went into the sales and pre-purchase process expecting clear labeling and straightforward wording but found the opposite. The platform used terms that didn’t match the usual language, which made navigation frustrating from the get-go. I’m used to software that explains its options clearly in the sign-up or invoicing flow, but here the labels seemed inconsistent or ambiguous. This lack of clarity made me hesitate to proceed with the purchase. There were no simple definitions or tooltips to guide me when I was stuck, and having to guess what a button or link actually did was irritating. The experience felt like it should’ve been simpler, and that surprised me given the overall positioning of the software. Clarity in labeling and wording is fundamental; that’s why I was so taken aback by the confusing terms and how it slowed me down significantly.
