Labels and wording were okay, but not crystal clear
I found the wording and labels used throughout the sales and sign-up sections to be mostly understandable, though occasionally I had to pause and think about what some terms meant. This wasn’t a huge problem but made me wonder if things could be clearer for users who are new to such software. The invoicing process was fairly straightforward once I got the hang of it, but some labels on payment steps felt a bit vague and could possibly confuse others. When I accessed the training and onboarding materials, the language was clearer and aligned well with the product features. It seemed like the software itself was quite user-friendly, but the wording in the pre-purchase communication didn’t quite match that usability level perfectly. I’m still a bit unsure about whether some of the descriptions fully convey what to expect inside the software without digging deeper. Overall, the communication feels adequate but leaves some room for improvement in clarity and precision, which might make the customer journey easier to follow for new users who aren’t comfortable with technical jargon.
