Labels and Wording Were Not Clear Enough

I found the communication around support and the labels on the interface quite confusing. When I tried to access telephonic support, the instructions were vague, making it hard to know what options would actually help. Several labels in the dashboard did not seem to correspond clearly with their functions, which slowed down my attempts to navigate the software effectively. Additionally, the automatic updates sometimes changed features without any clear notes, and I had no idea whether something had improved or broken. It felt like the onboarding training overlooked explaining important terminology which left me guessing. Overall, the lack of clarity in communication and label descriptions made it frustrating to use the service. I was expecting a more straightforward support experience but instead struggled to understand what each part of the system was doing or how to get prompt help when needed.
