labels and wording were mostly confusing

Honestly the whole software felt like wading through some kind of jargon swamp. Most of the labels made no sense to me, especially the database section where you’d expect simple terms but got long phrases that were hard to get. I was hoping for clearer wording that wouldn’t make me keep guessing what to click next. On the plus side, the automatic updates seemed to work fine and didn’t disrupt what I was doing, so that part was okay. But overall, when I tried to set up the calling tools, it was a headache just figuring out what the options meant because the language wasn’t straightforward. Honestly, it felt like they just assumed everyone would understand their own terms without thinking twice. Signing up was smooth though, and invoices arrived on time, which helped keep some calm in the chaos. If only the software's wording matched that kind of simplicity, it might be usable without frustration.
