I was excited when I first went through the WFHI software’s pre-purchase information, expecting clear and transparent descriptions of what to expect. However, the wording and labels used in the sales material seemed to promise a lot but didn’t make sense when I actually signed up. It looked like certain features were described as automatic or built-in, but once I started the onboarding, I realized I had to do several manual steps just to access the calling tools. It felt like the labels on some buttons and options were inconsistent, which made me waste time trying to figure out what would actually happen if I clicked them. The payment and invoicing setup looked straightforward online but turned out to have confusing terminology that didn’t align with the earlier materials. Honestly, what surprised me most was how much clearer competitor platforms were in cut-and-dry explanations compared to this. I never expected sales wording to confuse me this much.
