When I first accessed the software, I found the labels and terminology almost counterintuitive. Words used in the menus didn’t quite match what I thought they would mean. For example, the database field names didn’t seem to reflect the data I was familiar with, which made navigation tricky. The dialer interface also had terms that felt oddly placed, not intuitive from a user perspective. I tried to lean on the training modules, but they didn’t always clarify these labeling choices. This was surprising since clear wording seemed like a basic expectation for such a tool. Signing up was simple enough, but the software access itself left me puzzled. I’ve used other remote workflow platforms before, and the mismatch in labels here felt like an unnecessary obstacle.
