Labels and wording were confusing, more than I thought

I was surprised at how unclear some of the terms used in their system were. Usually, software tries to keep things simple, but here the labels and buttons felt inconsistent or ambiguous, making navigation quite frustrating from the start. The support did try to help explain, but their wording in responses sometimes didn’t clear the confusion fully. It felt like I was back and forth with terminology instead of solving the actual issues quickly. Even after spending time with the training materials, some parts remained fuzzy because of the jargon used. I expected a bit more clarity in the interface and communication, since this is crucial in remote workflow software. At least, the basics of signing up and payments were straightforward. Overall, the difficulty with understanding the wording and labels was a bigger problem than I anticipated, which slowed down my progress significantly.
