Labels and wording were confusing, caught me off guard
Using WFHI’s platform, I was surprised how much trouble I had understanding the labels and terminology in the software and training materials. The database feature had headings that didn’t clearly explain what the function did, which made it hard to set up my workflow. Even onboarding instructions used terms that seemed inconsistent with how calling tools actually worked or how I expected the dialer to respond. Telephonic support didn’t clarify those issues much because the terms they used were often equally unclear. The invoicing and payment process was standard, but without good wording in the software and guidance, I felt lost during setup. Automatic updates changed some parts without explanation and added to the confusion. I didn’t expect such basic clarity problems from a paid service. I wish the company had streamlined its terminology to avoid this disconnect.
