labels and wording threw me off more than expected
Looking back on my experience with WFHI’s support and communication, I found the wording and labels used throughout quite surprising and not always in a good way. It felt like many of the buttons and menu items didn’t clearly indicate what they actually did, which led to some trial and error on my part. For example, some features were labeled in ways that made me think they did one thing, but they actually performed something else entirely. This mismatch caused unnecessary confusion and slowed down my workflow significantly. What surprised me most was that this wasn’t addressed or clarified clearly in any of the training materials. I expected the terminology to be consistent and intuitive, but that wasn’t my experience. On the positive side, when I finally connected with support, their explanations helped clear things up. Even so, a more straightforward and thoughtful approach to labeling would have made using the software much easier and less frustrating overall.
