Labels and wording needed more clarity, took some focus to manage
Using the software and understanding all the labels and terminologies in the dashboard required a fair bit of attention. At times, the naming conventions for features, especially in the calling tools and database sections, were not immediately intuitive. Words used for certain buttons and menu options seemed aligned internally but could confuse someone new. Navigating between different modules was possible but demanded multiple clicks and sometimes trial to find the right place. I had to refer to training materials and support to clarify many points. The sign-up and invoicing processes had simpler wording, which helped the flow, but it felt inconsistent when I got back into the software features. These inconsistencies caused a bit of extra effort to stay on top of the whole system. Still, once I got used to the vocabulary, working with the database and dialer became manageable. The automatic updates that occurred over time occasionally changed feature names slightly, adding a little more need to adjust. Overall, while functional, the software could benefit from clearer, consistent wording to reduce the user's learning curve, as I found it took longer than anticipated to settle in.
