Labels and wording need serious rethinking

The support communication left me quite confused overall since many of the terms and labels didn’t align well with what I was trying to do. For example, the database feature uses jargon that isn’t immediately clear, making it harder to understand what state my data was in. Though I appreciate that telephonic support was available, their explanations often sounded vague or contradicted the on-screen descriptions. The onboarding steps feel disjointed, sometimes forcing me to bounce between screens without a clear reason. The invoicing and payment pages also had labels that I found ambiguous, causing unnecessary hesitation before proceeding. While the dialer worked consistently with calls, the interface for scheduling was poorly described, so that was one positive amid these challenges. Overall, the platform’s wording and labeling hindered ease of use rather than helped, so I’d say the communication standard was lacking.
