Labels and wording mostly clear with some small hiccups

When I reached out to the WFHI telephonic support, I wasn’t sure what to expect, partly because the software interface uses some technical terms I wasn’t immediately familiar with. On one hand, the team was very patient and made sure to explain what each label meant in practical terms, which I appreciated — it helped bridge the gap between the software’s wording and my day-to-day tasks. However, there were moments when the menu labels themselves felt a bit too industry-specific, which might be confusing for newcomers who don’t work with remote workflow software regularly. That said, the support staff took the time to clarify these points and guide me step-by-step, so I was able to get where I needed without feeling lost. Overall, I found the experience balanced: the initial confusion was quickly softened by the helpful and clear explanations. In the end, the wording made more sense because of the support I received rather than on its own, but it worked out well.
