Labels and wording mostly clear, with minor quirks

Reflecting on the training and onboarding now, I would say the wording and labels used throughout mostly made sense, though there were a few small areas where I found myself pausing to double-check what certain terms referred to. Some of the dashboard labels, especially relating to the database feature and calling tools, weren’t immediately intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. That said, after spending some time using the system, the context made these clearer and I grew accustomed to the terminology. The sign-up and invoicing process used consistent language and instructions that felt logical, which helped avoid confusion during payment. Training materials were written plainly and were straightforward enough to navigate, which helped fill in some gaps the software labels left behind. Overall, I’d rate the wording and labelling as good but not perfect — there’s room to make some terms more user-friendly or well explained. Even so, it didn’t meaningfully slow down my learning or use of the software in the long run. So my verdict is that the experience was generally clear, with just a few minor quirks that didn’t detract from the program’s usefulness or my ability to get through the onboarding.
