Labels and wording mostly clear, but some technical terms confused me initially
I found the interface pretty straightforward overall and the pre-purchase explanations matched what I experienced once onboard. Most of the labels on buttons and menus made sense and helped me navigate quickly through sales and training sections. However, a few technical phrases related to database syncing and the dialer settings were a bit vague at first. It took me a little time and a couple of calls to support before I felt truly confident that the labels corresponded exactly to the features I needed. Having clearer definitions or tooltips might make the initial experience better. But once I got used to it, the wording helped me stay focused on the tasks easily.
